Joanne Westerman, "California" Ray Dodson
and Robert "Hoagy" Carmichael will attempt an Iron Butt Ride that
has never been attempted before starting the Ride at 10 PM.
This will be a SaddleSore 1000 ride, but to the extremes! Putting these
three brave souls through some of the world's harshest elements that
Mother Nature can throw at them. Not only testing their stamina,
will and endurance but also putting their bikes to the test!!
Why you ask? For the CHILDREN of course, this is a PLEDGE ride and we are
trying to raise funds for Children's Charities!

receive 100% of your pledge!

A BIG thank you to all of you volunteering!. Have a good
time and remember to share with others about what we do. You will be
a representative of A Special Wish while you are there. It’s a great
opportunity to share our kids and the need with them. We grant
wishes for children, birth-20, with life-threatening or terminal
illnesses. If someone was to ask you the qualifications and
requirements for receiving a wish, they are:
- The attending physician must verify that the child has a
disease/disorder that qualifies them.
- They must meet the age requirement.
- The child cannot have had a wish by any other organization.
Remember, we are not just looking for donors – we are looking for
volunteers! Thank you all for making a difference!!
